The Victoria County Public Health Department Environmental Health Division inspects places where food is served in Jackson County.
In the inspection reports, each violation in the Priority items 1-20 is 3 demerits; Priority Foundation items 21-33 are 2 demerits; and Core items are 1 demerit. Zero is a perfect score, while 100 demerits is the worst possible score. Food service inspections for the week ending February 28:

Do not use trash bag to cover food, leak at three compartment sink, no CFM on duty, food permit expired, no soap/paper towels at hand wash sink, do not use towels to store clean dishes, clean wall behind cooking area, paint peeling off can contaminate food, cover ceiling at dishwashing area, hand wash sign not posted.
