There were 111 cows and 10 bulls. The packer cow and bull market was once again steady with last week’s prices. With a shortened supply due to the wonderful rainfall, the calf market was outstanding once again this week. Some of the highs weren’t as high as last weeks but most of all the averages finished $5 - $20 higher than last week on limited numbers.

Packer Bulls: 143-186; Steer and bull calves: canners and cutters, 135-153; poor and weak, 75-125.

Palpated: 31, 1,400-2,250.
