Jones Retires from JCHD
Bill Jones, Jackson County Hospital District CEO, accepted a bronze mock up of a plaque which will be displayed on the wall at JCHD. The plaque will be a reminder of his dedication to our community.
Jones has served as the CEO for the hospital district for 10 years.
“We appreciate his leadership and guidance through the years,” said Donna Coleman, administrator of professional services. “His inspiration for providing optimal healthcare for the residents of Jackson County has always been his main goal. He has achieved that and so much more for JCHD and the community we serve.”
Jackson County Hospital District CFO Lance Smiga has been appointed as the new CEO, and will take over the reigns on Jan. 1, 2021.
