Jose Rodriguez

Jose Rodriguez, 81, of Edna, gained his heavenly wings on Jan. 17, 2018.     Joe worked various jobs throughout his lifetime, but retired from the oilfield in the late 1990s.     Born in Jackson County, he is the son of the late Emilio and Angeleta Rodriguez.     He is preceded in death by six sisters and five brothers.     Joe leaves behind three sisters, Eula R. Duron and Maria R. Figuerova of Edna and Felecitas R. Milder of Parson, Tenn. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.     A memorial and burial of cremains will be set at a later date.     In lieu of flowers, please donate to a local charity of your choice in remembrance of Joe.
