Edna valedictorian comes from a tradition of excellence

When Cornelius Norman and LaGreenlan Bryant graduated from Edna High School in 1996, they were just two kids in love, making it in the world. Today they have four children, and their family has a distinct and memorable history of scholastic excellence.
Most recently Alexis Norman, their third child and only daughter, graduated at the top of her Edna High School class as valedictorian. However, Alexis isn’t the first in the family to achieve great things in school. Her brother Anthony graduated from Edna High School in 2014 as class president, and her brother Darnelius graduated as valedictorian of his Edna High School class of 2015.
