Barbara Ann Jones

Barbara Ann Jones, 75, of Vanderbilt, Texas, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 surrounded by her loving family, and her beloved dog "Buster". She was born on January 12, 1943 in LaSalle, Texas to Henry Sumbera and Annie Hajovsky Sumbera.         Barbara is survived by her son Bradley (Martha) Jones; daughter Jewel (John) Anderson; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.     She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Johnny, and brother Patrick Sumbera.     There was a  Rosary at 9:30 a.m. with a funeral mass beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 13, at St. Theresa Catholic Church in LaSalle, with Rev. Johnson officiating. Interment followed in Edna at Memory Gardens Cemetery.     In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Dorothy H.
