Patsy Pearson Quinn

Patsy Pearson Quinn, 81, of Pflugerville, Texas went to be with the Lord on October 26, 2019. She was born on October 18, 1938, in Edna, to the late John and Vertis Pearson.     

Patsy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.     

Patsy Ruth Pearson wed Joseph “Joe Boy” Quinn in Edna on September 6, 1958. Joe left his earthly body on September 8, 1997.     Patsy is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Jeff Prince, her only granddaughter, Whitney Quinn Marron and her husband, Alvaro Marron. AJ, Archer and Arie Marron are her great grandchildren and the absolute lights of her life. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Sandy Quinn.     

Patsy leaves behind nieces and nephews precious to her heart, Clay Clark, Cheryl (George) Gregory, Randy (Dee) Crabb, Danna (Steve) Miller, Nancy Kubecka, Missy Slusher, Ben Crabb, Michael (Rebecca) Crabb, Lesli (Terry) Tipton, Scott (Cammie) Pearson, Lisa (Tommy) Larkin, Jeannie (Terry) Smith.     

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph “Joe” Levi Quinn, her son, Michael “Mike” Quinn; siblings Pete Pearson, Lonnie Pearson, Shirley Crabb, Barbara Townsend and Elizabeth Clark; niece Donna Salge, and nephews John Pearson and Lonnie Allen Pearson.     

Funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 1, in the Oaklawn Funeral Home Chapel in Edna. Interment will follow in the Red Bluff Cemetery in Lolita, with Rev. Kelli Williamson officiating.     

Pallbearers are Scott Pearson, Randy Crabb, George Gregory, Clay Clark, Ben Crabb and Michael Crabb.
