Blenda Joyce Prove

     Blenda Joyce Prove, 70, of Ganado, passed away on January 29, 2022. She was born on February 16, 1951, to the late Louis Russell and Lorene Lummus Seals.

    Blenda is survived by her husband of 51 years, Eric Prove. Blenda and Eric were married on March 7, 1970 in Ganado.

     Other survivors include Tina Marie Gresham and husband Lariet, and Erica Rachelle Benavides and husband Billy all of Ganado; two sisters Ginger Seals of Liberty and Yvette Mobley of El Campo; five Grandchildren and three Great-Grandchildren.

    Blenda is preceeded in death by her parents Russell and Lorene Seals.

    Pallbearers were Lariet Gresham, Billy Benavides, Lane Benavides, Dustin Arriaga, Jonathon Fowler, Aaron Prove and Cashton Arriaga.

    Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Feb. 2 at Soul’s Harbor Baptist Church in Ganado with Eric Prove officiating. Interment followed at Ganado Cemetery.
