Graciela Maria Garza
Graciela Maria Garza, of Vanderbilt, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the age of 83. She was born in Weslaco, Texas on April 16, 1940, to the late Jose De Los Santos and Paula Casares De Los Santos.
Graciela was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.
Graciela is survived by her daughter, Linda Garcia (Daniel) of El Campo; sons, Henry Garza (Sandra) of Vanderbilt, Michael Garza (Neeco) of Edna, and Rudy Garza (Jeri) of Vanderbilt; her grandchildren, C.J. Garza (Lena) of Vanderbilt, Shala Garza of Ganado, Staci Falcon (Mike) of El Campo, Deitte Garza of Victoria, Corrina Rosalez (Ross) of Ganado, Matthew Garza (Chrissy) of Edna, Cody Garza (DeeBee) of Vanderbilt, Madison Edwards (Vance) of Edna, Vanessa Mamerow (Corey) of El Campo, Chelsea Hartley (Karen) of Edna, and Daylyn Garcia of El Campo; and 21 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Margarita Ramirez and Maria Pena (Manuel).
She is preceded in death by her parents Jose and Paula De Los Santos; her husband, Abelardo H. Garza; son, Rene Garza; her sisters, Lupe Martinez, Janie Muniz, and Fina Del Bosque; and her brothers, Bernardo De Los Santos, Fernando De Los Santos, and Joe De Los Santos.
Honorary Pallbearers are CJ Garza, Matthew Garza, Cody Garza, Ross Rosalez, Michael Falcon, Corey Mamerow, Vance Edwards, and Arthur Loredo.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 10 a.m., at the Vanderbilt Baptist Church, 115 Victoria Street, Vanderbilt, Texas.
