Terry Lynn McCabe, 62 of Edna passed away on January 29, 2025. She was born on May 1, 1962 in Bay City, Texas to the late Frankie Baros and Bethelene Knott Baros.

She was a loving wife and a caring mother. She was so proud to be a Meme and would do anything for her Grandbabies. She loved to travel all over the US on family vacations. And in the meantime, drink her martinis, go shopping and enjoy a nice spa day. Terry graduated from Bay City High School in 1980, so after she married the love of her life and high school sweetheart. She grew up in Bay City and worked at the Wells Fargo until 1991 when her husband was transferred with work and they made the move to Edna, TX. Shortly after the move she went to work for Northwest bank as an auditor and stayed with them until they closed. Terry then went into the medical field as a transcriptionist for a local Doctor’s office in Victoria. She then retired in her 50’s to spend more time and help take care of her beloved grandbabies.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bethelene & Frankie Baros; her infant twin sister, Kerry Lea Baros; and her Aunt JoAnn Treadaway.

She is survived by her husband Donny McCabe of Edna, TX; her daughter Keri Leigh McCabe-Geistman of Victoria, TX; her son Donny Cole Mc-Cabe and his wife Missy McCabe of Lolita, TX; her grandbabies Bryce Wyatt McCabe, Jase Riley Geistman, Tristyn Joseph Geistman, Kendall Cunningham,

& Cameron Cunningham; her sister Kristie

Baros Jackson and her cousins Cindy Richardson Coz and Paula Richardson.

She will be truly missed by only the ones that really loved her.
