Norma worked at Jackson Electric Coop as a secretary, and later as a Dispatcher for Jackson County.
Norma was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin, and a dear friend to many. She will truly be missed! All that knew her well would agree, Norma was loving, non-judgmental, and very generous.
Norma had a beautiful singing voice even late in her life. She truly was a beautiful lady inside and out!
Norma is survived by her daughter Misty Jean Perkins and husband Cy; her sons Robert Duane Muncrief and his wife Stephanie, and Shannon Lee Muncrief and his wife Kelley. Norma had 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Beverly Stepan, Marilyn Stepan, Carolyn Richardson and her husband Tom, brothers Buddy Miller and his wife Brenda, and Billy Miller as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.

Miller and Bobbie Green Thompson, sister Londa Sue Rich, and sister-inlaw Dana Miller.
The Pallbearers will be Jacob Muncrief, Jeffrey Muncrief, Jace Muncrief, Joshua Muncrief, Dylan Perkins, and Austin Fielder.
Services for Norma Jean will start with the Visitation on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, in the Oaklawn Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 am, on Friday, February 14, 2025, also in the Oaklawn Funeral Home Chapel.
Pastor Andy Schroer will be officiating. Interment to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Edna, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Hospice of South Texas Dornburg Center of Compassion, 1005 Mallette Drive, Victoria, Texas 77904.
Arrangements are under the direction of Oaklawn Funeral Home in Edna.
