She was born in Yuma, Arizona on December 25, 1956, to the late Harold J.

Otis, Sr. and Joyce Steitle Davis.

Donna was the queen of dominoes and bingo. She never missed an opportunity to play! She also loved it when the great grandkids came to visit and took turns pushing her around.

Donna is survived by her children, Leah Latimer (Jr.), Jennifer Douglas (Anthony), Bonnie Bustamante (Carlos), and Glenn Tate (Jessica); her grandchildren Jacob Latimer (Rachel), Jared

Latimer, Jordan Garza (Alex), Samantha Douglas, Michael Douglas, Madison Bustamante, Emily Bustamante, Liam Bustamante; her great grandchildren, Jackson Latimer, Isaiah Latimer, little Jacob Latimer, Olivia Latimer, Xander Garza, Stetson Sterling; sister Wanda Burns and brother Jimmy Otis.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents and brother Lee Otis.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. with a celebration of life to follow in the Oaklawn Funeral Home Chapel.

Pastor Rachel Latimer will officiate.

The family is especially thankful to Southbrooke Manor Nursing Home for taking care of our loved one.
