Arturo G. Riojas

     Arturo G. Riojas, 74, of Ganado passed away January 31, 2023. He was born September 26, 1948 in Ganado to Jose Riojas Sr. and Eustolia Garza Riojas. Arturo worked as a barber and had a love of playing bass guitar, going fishing and dancing. He was a member of Faith Family Church where he enjoyed the time he spent there as a greeter.

     He is survived by his step-sons, David Davila, Gilbert Davila, Johnny Joe Davila; sisters, Anita Casas, Dora Medina, Mary Rodriguez, Jane Salinas; brothers, Robert Riojas, Raymond Riojas; long time companion, Josie Camarillo; loving dog, Peewee; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joe G. Riojas Jr.

     Visitation will be Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 10-11 a.m. at Faith Family Church followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Larry Helms officiating. Burial will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery in Ganado.

     Pallbearers are Joey Armstrong, Robert Riojas Jr., Michael Gutierrez, David Davila, Raul Salinas, Rudy Riojas, Joel Salinas Jr., David Riojas, and Albert Riojas.
