Barbara Henderson

Barbara Henderson, 64, of Lolita, Texas passed away on August 26, 2018 after a year long battle with glioblastoma (brain cancer). She was born on Dec. 17, 1953 in Straubing, Germany to Mathilde Godin. She married Johnny L. Henderson on Nov. 2, 1974 in Lolita.     She is survived by her husband and five children, John E. Henderson, Jennifer Tullos (Jonathan), Tammy Gendke (Bobby), Jackie Hudson (Jonathan), and Stephanie Escamilla (Jeffery), 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.     She is preceded in death by her mother.     There will be a family graveside service at a later date.     In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of South Texas, 605 E. Locust Ave., Victoria, TX 77901.     Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik-Edna Funeral Home, 361-782-2152
