Dennis Ray Jetton was born to Lathy Wells Jetton and Roberta Jetton on January 25, 1949. He passed on October 5, 2022.

Dennis and his wife, Troylene Jetton, were married 49 years.

Dennis and Troylene have two kids, Lathy Wells Jetton of Ganado, and Maegan Leigh Jetton of Victoria; and two grandkids, Isaac Leyva and Isabella Leyva, both of Victoria.

Dennis has two sisters, Brenda Lopez (Jimmy) of Edna, and Robbi Birkner of Victoria.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Lathy Ward Jetton and Evelyn Jetton, and brothers David Jetton, Michael Wells Jetton, and Troy Allen Jetton.

Dennis was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandpa, and friend. He would help anyone who asked and was ready in a minute to do whatever they needed. He was the type who would try to fix anything and everything. His wife had never called a repairman until he was diagnosed with dementia.

Besides being a jack of all trades, he was also a dedicated employee of Formosa for 23 years.

You never saw Dennis without his black cap unless it was a funeral or wedding.

Instead of a funeral, there will be a Celebration of Life in Ganado at the KJT hall on Saturday, November 5, at 11 a.m. Please come share stories, laughs, listen to Creedence, and eat BBQ in honor of Dennis. Dress code is casual and you can keep your cap on.
