James Anthony Otto, of Edna, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017, at the age of 71.       Visitation was Monday, Nov. 13, from 9-10 a.m., with a Rosary recited from 10-10:30 a.m. A funeral service was at 10:30 a.m. in the Oaklawn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in the Memory Gardens Cemetery in Edna.       Arrangements are under the direction of Oaklawn Funeral Home in Edna. 361-782-2221
