Virginia Tones Stovall

Virginia Tones Stovall, 81, of Edna, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019. She was born July 31, 1938 in Lavaca County to Willie George and Alice Sims Tones.     She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, L.G. Stovall; brothers Douglas Tones and Rochester Tones; sisters Walter Dale Tones, Virdell Tones, and Dorothy Tones.     She is survived by her daughter Alice Jean Dean; sister Johnell Callis; brothers W.G. Tones and Kenneth Tones; three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.     Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 24 at Cook-Butler Funeral Home in Edna. Funeral services are Saturday, May 25 at 11 a.m. at Robison Street Church of Christ, Edna with Brother Bruce W. Brigham officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery.     Arrangements are under the direction of Cook-Butler Funeral Home, Edna.
