The Industrial boys (3-5) host Edna (7-1) tonight and will host Tidehaven (1-7) on Tuesday. The Cobras needs to win one or have Tidehaven lose one to clinch the final playoff spot.
Cowboys at Industrial tonight and at Palacios on Tues. Van Vleck at Palacios tonight then at Boling on Tuesday. The Leopards and Cowboys are tied for 1st. With a win tonight or a Palacios loss, Edna secures either first or second in district. They have already wrapped up a playoff spot.
The Indians (2-6) play tonight at Louise (0-8) and will finish the regular season on Tuesday when they host Yorktown (8-0).
Shiner (3-5) hosts Flatonia tonight (5-3) and Tuesday will play at Weimar (6-2). Shiner in 4th, Ganado in 5th. Ganado and Shiner split their head to head games. Ganado needs to either tie or pass Shiner for a chance to make the playoffs.
The Cowgirls (5-5) will face Boling (5-5) tonight in Palacios at 5 p.m. to decide the third and fourth seeded playoff team.
Undefeated District 28 champs Industrial girls (10-0, 29-5 overall) will face fourth place Hallettsville (10-4, 26-8 overall) in the Bi-district playoff round on Monday Feb. 12 in East Bernard at 7 p.m.
