Cowboys destroy Eagles in blowout victory

The undefeated Edna Cowboys played an astonishing game against the Luling Eagles to pick up their seventh win this season. The team rushed for 437 yards to put up 76 points.
The defense held the Eagles and kept them from scoring.
The Cowboys opened the game by receiving the Eagles kickoff and Kenny Haynes took the ball 78 yards to the end zone in the first 21 seconds of the game. The Eagles never seemed to move the ball past the fifty yard line in the first quarter. Kris Black forced two fumbles and sacked the Eagles quarter back. Christian Gomez recovered a fumble to take back the ball. Austin Black followed with a 35 yard touchdown.
The Cowboys scored five touchdowns in the first quarter with Kenny Haynes and Javonte Seymore leading the way with two each and one by Austin Black that gave the Cowboys a 35-0 lead.
